Since its incorporation, Arkitek AAP have undertaken projects amounting in excess of RM700 million.

PHILOSOPHY
The firm belives in offering good services to clients in terms of design, project co-ordination and management. The design must satisfy all aspects of clients' brief and must justify good architecture and improvement to the built environment. Project management calls for sound judgment and intuitive decision at all times to ensure that the development can be completed

We have a team of experience engineers, supporting technical staff and not mentioned the directors themselves whom will be involved directly in the various projects. We believe in giving the fullest attention to the projects to ensure smooth implementation and completion of works. We also believe in providing a cost effective engineering design.

Todate, we have been involved in more than 100 projects in Malaysia as well as in other countries.

Was set up by a team of professionals with vast experience and engineering enthusiasm to provide quality consultancy, management and co-ordination services to projects in the fields of civil/structural construction, housing/resort development, marine work and light/heavy industry.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The professional services provided by RELIACON Sdn. Bhd. include, but not limited to, the preliminary and detailed engineering of the followings:
- Earthwork, road, drainage, sewerage, water supply reticulation and etc.
- Shallow/deep foundations, cofferdam, retaining wall, slope stability and etc.
- Structure for low and high-rise buildings
- Workshop, warehouse and factory

PKV CONSULTING ENGINEERS - (M&E)

Was originally established by WEE KIM SIANG and partner in 1985 as a firm registered with the Electrical Inspectorate to carry out testing, commissioning and maintenance services on all electrical installations up to 33KV.

At the time of incorporation the Company also became affiliated with a consulting firm namely VALDUN ASSOCIATES SDN. BHD. to undertake complete mechanical and electrical consultancy service in the state of Melaka and Johor. In August 1990 the affiliation of the Company with Valdun Associates Sdn. Bhd. was dissolved mutually and a new Company "PKV CONSULTING ENGINEERS" was establised to undertake complete mechanical and electrical consultancy services in Melaka and Johor.

In January, 1991 the name of the company PERKHIDMATAN KEJURUTERAAN VALDUN was changed to PKV ELECTRICAL SDN. BHD.

In February, 1994 the name of the company, PKV CONSULTING ENGINEERS was changed to PKV CONSULTING ENGINEERS SDN. BHD. to reflect a corporate identity.

MKS is a Chartered Professional Quantity Surveying and Cost Management firm.

MKS is founded by two experienced professional quantity surveyors aiming at making a contribution to the country’s development towards 2020 by providing on-time reliable and high quality quantity surveying and cost management service utilizing the full advantage of latest computerized technology.

To achieve the above objectives, MKS invested heavily in upto date Quantity Surveying Management (QSM ) & Binalinks Quantity Surveying Software Systems which are capable of handling all tasks of cost management process of a project ranging from economic viability studies, estimating, material take-off, preparation of Bill of Quantities, tendering, tender appraisal, contract and commercial management, contractual claim advice and finalisation of accounts.

MKS currently has a team of dedicated and motivated Quantity Surveyors, Quantity Surveyor Assistants and staff headed by Chartered Surveyor Sr. Lai Seow Khee, and Sr. Madam Tay Kwee Choon. Our team has combined experience in wide ranging of large scale civil engineering works and high technology Oil and Gas installations and facilities such as Expressways, Integrated Water Supply Projects, Airport, Rail Links, LNG Storage Facilities, Offshore LNG Loading Facilities and Newsprint Plant.

In addition, we also have extensive experience in wide ranging of building construction activities such as high rise office buildings, hotel and resorts, condominiums, institution buildings, industrial buildings factories, comprehensive housing development scheme and medical centres. These varied exposures enable us to adopt a proactive yet flexible contract strategy and cost management approach which will greatly enhance the value of our service to the client and other consultants in the project.
