President

Dato' Dr. Alex Teh Chee Teong, has had extensive experience in the corporate sector especially in property development, marketing and strategic planning. Dato’ Dr. Alex is an active participant in the construction industry (Empire Properties Venture Sdn. Bhd.) playing a key part in the development of several projects in the Klang Valley, Malacca and Negeri Sembilan.

He is also the Personal Business Secretary and Advisor to His Highness Y.A.M Tengku Azman Shah al-Haj ibni al-Marhum Sultan Hisamuddin Alam Shah al-Haj (Tengku Bendahara of Selangor). Latest appointment as Advisor to the Malaysia-French University Centre (MFUC) was given to Dato’ Dr. Alex Teh by the Minister of Higher Education - Y.B. Dato’ Mustafa Mohamed.

On the international front, Dato' Dr. Alex has been appointed as the Malaysian branch president for several international agencies such as Home and Abroad News Press, Hong Kong; and The Universal Chinese Sports (UCS), China.

Home and Abroad News Press is an authorized public media company in Hong Kong and has been an authorized wire agency to the National People's Congress and CPPCC, APEC, Global Think Tank Seminar and other Chinese and international events.

Meanwhile, the Universal Chinese Sports (UCS), initiated and founded by The Worldwide Chinese Organization Alliance and Chinese celebrities, is a pioneering creation of historic significance and a vigorous enterprise of magnificence and is intended to advance the athletic enterprise of the universal Chinese people, and to widely spread UCS spirit of humanity, nature, health and harmony all over the world.

Dato’ Dr. Alex is the Vice President of UN/International Eco-safety Cooperative Organization. He is responsible for liaison work in Southeast Asia countries and develops ecological projects and the preparation work of the construction of the “International Ocean Ecology College”. He is also the Vice President for the World Chinese Oversea Investment Head Association based in the U.S.

Having his first encounter with Network Marketing at a mere age of twenty-two years, he’s come great distance in achievements and accomplishments since then. Y.M. Tengku
Director

Y.M. Tengku Shamsulbhari bin Y.A.M. Tengku Azman Shah Alhaj, aged 48, was appointed as Chairman and Director of Empire Property Development Sdn Bhd. He is the son of Y.A.M. Tengku Azman Shah Alhaj Ibni Almarhum Sultan Hishamuddin Alam Shah Alhaj, the Tengku Bendahara of Selangor Darul Ehsan. He graduated with a Diploma in Finance and was involved in the printing business for several years. He subsequently embarked on other businesses such as manufacturing, logistics management and building construction. He is the Director and shareholder of several private companies undertake the above businesses.

He is also the Chairman of the Listing Company - Natural Bio Resources Bhd (733268-U). Besides, he is also the treasurer of PERDASAMA (Persatuan Pedagang dan Pengusaha Melayu Negeri Selangor Branch, and Ketua Bahagian Negeri Selangor Persatuan Bekas Pasukan Keselamatan Negara, Malaysia.

Mr. Quah Eng Hock
Director/General Manager (Project)

Graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1983 with a Master of Science in Urban &Regional Planning. Obtained Bachelor of Science in Housing Building & Planning from the same University in 1980.

More than 25 years of experience in the field of Property and Project Management. Started his working career as a property and project executive in 1980 for one year before returning to pursue his Master Program in Urban & Regional Planning at Universiti Sains Malaysia. Joined Southern Bank Properties

Sdn Bhd (SBP) as a property and project executive from 1983 until 1990, managed all projects and properties of SBP.

Early 1990 left SBP to head the property and project department of Great Eastern Life. Manage more than RM500million properties while with Great Eastern. Conceptualize the Great Eastern Office & Shopping Mall & Service Apartment project along Jalan Ampang.

In March 1993 he joined Kuala Lumpur Industries Holdings Berhad (KLIH) as Senior General Manager during the height of the company’s crisis. As Senior General Manager he took charge of 5 divisions, namely Project Management, Property Management, Property Investment, Sales & Administration, Marketing and Advertising.

Revived 3 problematic projects namely Taman Mestika Low Cost Flats, Taman Medan mixed development and Pandan Mewah Heights Condominium project within two years from joining KLIH and turn around the property development division.

Successfully launched a few development projects for KLIH, 70 acres Pinwang Industrial Park and 538 units Mewah Heights Condominium and achieving 70%(105 million) sales for the 620 acres Emville Golf Resort project within 6 months from launching.

Instrumental in developing the Master Plan for the 1,000 acres Baba Nyonya Heritage Resort project in Malacca. While in KLIH, he also served as a Director for the Lady Templer’s Hospital privatization project, a joint venture between KLIH and Faber Group Berhad with a gross development value of over RM500 million.

In 1995 he joined Yee Seng Amalgamted(YSA) to set up the property development division. Conceptualize Bayu Heights country homes and successfully launched the 100 acres Ladang Kelton Estate, Bayu Heights Resort Project (later rename as Gita Bayu) and achieved RM30 million sales within 3 months without any advertising campaign. Today, Gita Bayu is the talk of the town and a very successful and innovative sub-urban country resort home.

August 1996, joined the Lasmaha Corporation (LMC) group of companies as property director. Involved in property management, development and partly procurement of contracts with LMC group of companies. Was also involved in the sales of Plaza Pantai, which consists of 6 intelligent office towers with retailing podium.

Pioneered and conceptualize the first budget hotel in Bandar Sunway in 1998 and is currently a director of Sun Inns Mentari and Sun Inns Lagoon. The group currently has 5 buget hotels, 3 in Klang Valley & 1 in Suncity Ipoh.

Now providing consultancy services in property and project development. From 2001 & 2007 have handled marketing of a few property development projects ie.Kangar Centre Point Shopping Centre in Perlis, Menara Millennium in Muar, Kulai Taman Suajana Commercial Center, Diamond Square Setapak, Golden Villa Klang , Ambassy Business Park Ampang, etc.

Attended numerous seminars and courses pertaining to leadership and management, real estate and project management. Some of the more pertinent courses that he attended are Commercial & Industrial Property Management, Acquisition & Conversion of Land in Malaysia; Where to Acquire Strategic Land banks in the years to come; Understanding Real Estate Market & the Developer; Commercial Issues in Property Transactions; Property Management and Project Planning.
